My philosophy reflects my passion for disease prevention, cultivating a happy, healthy lifestyle, and reminding people that we are all born to express health in our own individual way. It's simpler than we think to make choices that lead us into feeling good.
I was once on a difficult health journey — seeking knowledge, answers, and support and in my case, not finding them within the allopathic medicine world. Starting at a young age, I had struggled with invisible symptoms including digestive issues, brain fog, fatigue, and I was at one point diagnosed with endometriosis. I promised myself I wouldn’t give up on finding out what was making me sick — and getting healthy again.
I got myself under the care of a team who discovered that the root cause was coming from an overload of an environmental toxin that had developed into a biotoxin illness. Believe it or not this was good news! I finally had answers and the problem was reversible — as so many things are! I committed to a rigorous healing lifestyle and detox protocol. Today I no longer have endo and I feel better than ever.
I believe a lot of the root causes of chronic illness are because we’ve lost touch with nature and the need to live in more cyclical ways. I bring a lot of this into how I practice.
I believe in an integrated health approach where scientifically supported modalities from nutrition, integrative medicine, nervous system health, and emotional well-being are all applied.
