In this 1:1 Coaching program we orient around unearthing energetics i.e. conditioning, beliefs, coping mechanisms, emotional conflicts, etc that may be keeping you stuck or blocked from walking your path of wholeness & alignment. I'm all about the return home into the body — which tends to involve a mix of liberation from toxic emotions, societal programming, and codependent patterns. I love to support women and men to explore these patterns in their lives, find new ways of following a path of deeper alignment, making new choices based on this, and navigating the new edges that come with this kind of evolution.

I’m here to support you to feel good again. As a health coach, I’m your guide, holistic practitioner, nutrition expert, and empowerment mentor. I’ve developed a deep understanding of how impactful it is to find the root causes of illness and work to heal starting from the root, rather than slapping a bandaid over a symptom.

I offer 1:1 coaching through GritWell Health as well as through my private practice. Pillars:

  • Personalized nutrition guidance designed to meet your optimal nutrition needs

  • Functional Medicine testing to investigate root causes for my GritWell clientele

  • Personalized healing protocols via Supplementation + Nutraceuticals

  • Guidance and support on emotional health, stress reduction, fitness, cultivating purpose, joy, and spirituality.

Together, we focus on making integrative health simple, personal, achievable, and fun.Designed for someone interested in investigating a specific expression of dis-ease in their body at this time — REGENERATE is my 4-Month 1:1 Functional Medicine coaching program. We start with a one hour intake and 30-minute follow up in Month 1, with 2 30-minute follow up sessions per month for the duration. Cost is $397 billed monthly. This program is specifically for individuals who want to further explore the root causes of their physical symptoms via testing and supplementation protocols. Please note that the testing and supplementation are additional out-of-pocket cost.
